Safety
Community guidelines
Wentfar should feel useful and safe for people planning, sharing, and remembering trips together. These Guidelines apply to profiles, trips, journals, comments, media, messages, invitations, and other content or behaviour in Wentfar. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Be respectful
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, target, impersonate, or deceive other people. Do not share another person’s private information, precise location, images, or contact details without a valid reason and permission.
Share responsibly
Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not post illegal, hateful, violent, graphic, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate, child-sexual-abuse, infringing, spam, scam, or malware-related content. Do not use Wentfar to facilitate dangerous or unlawful activity.
Report and block
Use the in-app report controls or the abuse report form to tell us about a person or content. You can block another person in the app; blocking removes the connection and prevents the blocked relationship from being used for normal social interaction. We target a response to reports within three business days, but reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
What we may do
We may remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve necessary evidence, or take another proportionate action. If we take action affecting your account or content, we will give available notice and a way to ask for review unless doing so would undermine safety, security, or a legal obligation.
Report concerns
Use the abuse report form or email support@wentfar.com with safety concerns. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services first.
