Delete your Wentfar account

Enter the current email address on your Wentfar account. We will send a one-hour link to review the impact and confirm deletion.

Online account deletion requests are not available on this site yet. For help, email support@wentfar.com.

What deletion does

• Deletion starts a process to remove your profile, personal travel data, and trips you own.
• If an owned trip still has other participants, you can remove them in Wentfar or choose to delete the entire trip for everyone during review.
• The process includes a hold of up to 90 days for security and moderation for necessary records. It does not guarantee that all account-related information is removed or de-identified within that period. Specific legal holds and information retained by service providers may take longer to remove. Contact support for the status and any retention that applies to your request.

If you cannot access your current account email, contact support@wentfar.com. We will never ask for your password.
